Returns & Refund Policy

At Mane Lab, we take pride in the quality of our grooming products and ensure every order is carefully inspected prior to dispatch.

 

Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic and personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, including but not limited to scent preference, incorrect selection, or general dissatisfaction, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

 

 

You are entitled to a replacement or refund if your product:

  • Is faulty or defective
  • Arrives damaged
  • Is significantly different from what was ordered or the description provided

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assess the issue promptly.

How to Make a Claim

To lodge a return or refund request, please email solnasaus@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographic evidence of the issue
  • A brief description of the fault or error

Once reviewed, we will advise whether a replacement, refund, or alternative remedy is appropriate.

 

Return Conditions

 

 

 

Where a return is approved:

  • Products must be unused and unopened, unless the fault could not have been identified without opening the item
  • Original packaging should be retained where reasonably possible
  • We may request the item be returned for assessment before a refund or replacement is issued

We reserve the right to decline claims that fall outside the scope of Australian Consumer Law.

 

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of approval.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
