Shipping Policy

At Mane Lab, we aim to process and ship all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed.

 

During peak periods, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience during these times.

 

Shipping Locations

We currently ship Australia-wide.

International shipping may be added in the future.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes (Australia Post)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Estimated delivery timeframes after dispatch, in line with Australia Post guidelines:

Standard Shipping:

 Same state (Queensland): 2–4 business days

Interstate: 3–6 business days

Express Shipping:

 Same state (Queensland): 1–2 business days

Interstate: 1–3 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and commence once your order has been dispatched. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, peak periods, weather events, or public holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details (where available).

 

 

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.

 

Mane Lab is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

 

 

 

If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us at solnasaus@gmail.com so we can assist in lodging an enquiry with the carrier.

While we will always do our best to assist, delivery timeframes are outside our control once the order has been dispatched.

Damaged Parcels in Transit

 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will assess the issue in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
